Beyond the Beyond

Beyond the Beyond

Most of us are a curious sort. Always wondering what’s next, what’s over there, what’s around the curve in the road. Some of us are “Big Picture” ponderers. What is beyond our solar system? What is beyond our universe, our Milky Way, our galaxy? What’s beyond infinity? You get the idea.

For me, my “beyonds” are a little less grandiose. I want to know …

Beyond the Pacific Coast of Ecuador

what is beyond the horizon along Ecuador’s Pacific coast.

Beyond the Serengeti

what is beyond the Serengeti Plain in Tanzania.

Beyond Halong Bay

what is beyond Halong Bay and the South China Sea in Vietnam.

Beyond the Galapagos

what is beyond the Frigate Bird’s horizon soaring above the Galapagos Islands.

Beyond the bend on the Nappo

what is beyond the next bend in the Nappo River in Ecuador.

    1. Great – now it’s your turn to paddle.

  6. you have me stumped on the first image.. everything’s green so it must have been taken during or just after the rainy season or was north of the equator toward esmeraldes or in a microcimate – puerto lopez/solango? i can’t reach back and recall that high elevation to long stretch of low…

    1. No fooling you! The photo was taken near Puerto Lopez in June. I think just to the north of PL.

  7. Amazing… So so jealous that you can be, and are at those stunning places. I am hoping one day to go see and explore also… 🙂

    1. I am sure you will. Thanks for you comment and for visiting.

      1. You are welcome. I just happen to be at my blog right now, I am not waiting for responses from people, just to clear that out. 😀 If you like to join, I’m doing currently my own mini challenge for my birthday, I’ll link it here so you decide. It’s fun. 🙂
