A Little Rodeo Action in the Sunshine State

Florida Rodeo

I see your look. Rodeos in Florida? The land of orange groves, beaches, and Disney World. Yup! Florida has been raising cattle since 1521 when Ponce de Leon brought bovines to the New World and is one of the top ten cattle producers in the US.

So, where there are cattle there are bound to be rodeos. Bull riding, calf roping, and all the pageantry that goes with it.

But the real action and pure entertainment are in the kid’s events.

And the young cowpokes turn out in their best western wear because after all, you have to look good too.
