All that Glitters, a Paris Icon

The Eiffel Tower is surely one of the most recognized landmarks in the world. Icon or cliche, everyone who visits Paris, sooner or later, makes their way to this architectural wonder.

One of the best vistas is from the Trocadéro, located across the Seine from the Eiffel Tower in the 16th arrondissement. And the best time is just after dark. The Tower and all of its flickering lights dazzle the nighttime sky. And the fountains in front of the Trocadéro put on their own show.

A cliche sure, but a wonderful place to spend a late summer’s eve.
