
Its summertime in the Northern Hemisphere and fresh fruits and vegetables are in abundance.

Farmers’ Markets and roadside stands are overflowing and offer a photographer great opportunities to add to their food photo collections.

While purple is not a color I associate with veggies, there are a few. And with the exception of the beets, they are some of my favorites.
