Weekly Photo Challenge ~ Growth

What could be more important to a parent than the growth and development of their child? From the moment parents greet their newborn, they watch the baby’s progress eagerly, anticipating every inch of growth and each new developmental milestone along the way.

Although local customs and that individual relationship between parent and child will vary, the joy and pleasure of nurturing a child and watch her grow and develop is universal. Sadly, many children do not have the chance to grow and develop because they are orphans or their parents do not have the economic means to support them.

    1. Thank you. I enjoy photographing children and using the “Growth” theme to feature some of them.

    1. Thanks. I was hoping to show just that. The circumstances so kids find themselves in is gut wrenching.

  3. I love the family shots… heartwarming. 😉
