This ’48 firecracker red Chevy is still rolling along the narrow streets of Habana Veja. How many miles, one can only guess. Arguably, Cuba has more classic American cars than anywhere else.

  1. Another fantastic image, Ron. These old classic cars are really iconic. It would seem a real shame if the streets become full of modern cars one day, but I guess it’s only a matter of time before things start looking up for the Cuban economy.

    1. Almost all of the old American cars are driven out of necessity and not for the love of old cars. And this will change as the economy there I proves and the embargo comes down. Thank you Sylvia.
