Technically, a line connects two or more points. Visually, a line leads our eye across the image we are seeing.
A series of lines, straight or curved, form a pattern.
The pattern may be rhythmic…
Or more random or non rhythmic.
We easily see lines and patterns in the natural world.
Of course, our man made world abounds with lines and patterns.
