At the Art Museum is an ongoing but only occasional series.
We love visiting museums, especially art museums, and make a point to whenever we can. Recently, in Raleigh we made a short visit to the NC Museum of Art on a surprisingly quiet Saturday afternoon.
A big part of my enjoyment of museums is the people watching; enjoying watching others enjoying themselves. The wonderful high contrast lighting most museums use today make for some good photo opportunities, especially in black and white.
So, as you can see, there are multiple benefits for me when visiting art museums: seeing interesting and inspirational art, mixed with a little people watching with some indoor street photography as a bonus.
