Tonight’s remarkable full moon, the last super moon of 2020. Technically, not quite full. The moon is its fullest this month at 6:45 am EDT, May 07, 2020. (7 May 2020 for most of the world 🙂 ) I made this photograph at about 8 pm on the 6th – some 10 hours from full. Close enough for me. The sky was almost clear with just a few passing clouds. The purplish haze on either side near the moon’s top is one such wisp of a cloud.
