Bordeaux 1989 – a Variation On a Theme
Trying something different. You’ll recall my previous post, Bordeaux 1989 – It was a Very Good Year. While I am quite pleased with the image I thought I might try to jazz it up a bit. I ran across a little piece of software called an action in Photoshop parlance. It will create an oil painting effect when applied to an image in Photoshop. Most of these actions or other techniques leave a lot to be desired. They tend to look artificial – overdone. Surprisingly, I am quite pleased with this oil painting effect though.
