Winter’s Antidote

Beautiful Bahamas Beaches
Beautiful Bahamas Beaches

You say you are sick and tired of the cold and the dreary skies and the cold and the ice and snow and the cold.

You say you feel like a grumpy, hibernating bear. You say you only want to eat and sleep.

You say your feet have not been warm for months.

You say you wonder how they claim our planet is suffering from global warming when it is so damn cold.

You say you have forgotten what the sun’s warmth on your face feels like.

Well, take heart. I have it on good authority that this too will pass and spring will arrive, eventually, followed but warm, sunny summer. Before long we will be complaining how hot it is.

In the meantime, I have created a computer screen saver of this beautiful beach in the Bahamas to help you endure the rest of winter’s wrath. You can find it here.

May your devastating winter blues finally give way to your debilitating spring allergies.
