The Local Watering Hole, Prague

Recently, while in Prague, Czech Republic, we would pass a local pub at least twice a day, as we came and went. Most of the time there was an interesting cast of characters lingering in the doorways. Too tempting for the photographer in me to pass up. Now, I won't bore you with all of them but will share a few. Ask anyone and they will boastfully tell you Czechs drink more beer per capita than anywhere else.

Quaintly Seeing the Light

Saint James City is a tiny village at the tip of Pine Island in Southwest Florida and just a short boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico. It is a state of mind as much as an actual place. A little bit of old Florida and where I call home. Fishing and boating are a way of life here. There are no traffic lights on our island, just one four-way stop, and probably as many boats as cars.
