A solitary fisherman on Halong Bay, in Vietnam, surrounded by limestone karsts. Little has changed for centuries. Though small groups of families raft their floating homes together into small communities life for the individual fishermen is a solitary one.
Something I relate to. Alone on the water for a few hours fishing, thinking, dreaming. A solitary but satisfying time. Contemplative, meditative, zen-like.
